Institute services
The analytical capability your team does not have, at the moment you need it. INSECAB gives you access to the same scientific team that publishes in high-impact journals and to the same methodological standards it applies in its own research projects.
Why outsource
There is no sense in hiring full-time what you need occasionally. Causal inference, epidemiological modelling, reproducible pipelines, publication standards: skills that are not always available in-house and that, when they are needed, are needed fast.
INSECAB acts as your specialised biodata unit, available by project or on retainer.
How we work
Model A
When scientific direction is worth more than hours of execution.
The European Institute for Applied Biodata Science joins your projects as a methodological collaborator: study design, analytical architecture, support through to the final results.

Model B
Your outsourced biostatistics unit.
We run the analysis, build the pipelines and produce the deliverables — under the direction of your clinical or research team.

Services
We deliver a submission-ready package: data cleaning, final models, tables, figures, code and documentation. Aligned with STROBE, CONSORT or PRISMA according to the study design.
Your manuscript reaches review with its methodology watertight.
Could you defend your results today before an external audit? An independent review of your pipelines, databases and statistical protocols. We identify the weak points in the reproducibility chain and deliver a report with recommended improvements, following the FAIR principles and good data integrity practice.
For institutions that need to show their data and conclusions are defensible under external audit.
We calculate sample size, write the statistical analysis plan and review protocols, following the international guidelines for clinical trials (ICH E9 and its estimands addendum).
By the time the analysis phase arrives, everything is in place.
Organise your biological data as an asset, not as an archive. Well-structured repositories, FAIR good practice and readiness for EHDS and European interoperability requirements.
For institutions that want to improve the management and reuse of their research data.
Who we serve
Clinical services that generate data and need support to analyse it, whether for publication, for translational research or to generate internal evidence.
Statistical analysis for clinical trials and observational studies.
Methodological support for doctoral theses, funded projects and publications in first-quartile (Q1) journals. Full analysis, or methodological supervision of work already under way.
Epidemiological modelling, early warning systems, evaluation of interventions, and the design of data infrastructure for health surveillance.
Why the Institute
The same methods and pipelines that the European Institute for Applied Biodata Science applies in its research projects are the ones applied in every service. There is no research team and a commercial team. There is one team.
Every deliverable is built with methodological rigour, code documentation and analytical traceability. Even where the client has no intention of publishing, they receive a level of rigour that would allow them to.
Every project is supervised directly by the scientific team of the European Institute for Applied Biodata Science, under the direction of Dr Marta María Dolcet Negre.
A first conversation, confidential and with no obligation. We assess your case and propose a plan that fits your timescales and budget.
